About Sarah
Sarah is a provisional psychologist currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at Adelaide University. She is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to express themselves. Sarah takes a holistic and client-centred approach to therapy, aiming to help children and adolescents build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
She provides support for a range of developmental, emotional, and behavioural concerns, offering sessions both in-office and within school settings to best meet the needs of school-aged clients. Sarah takes a gentle and engaging approach, incorporating creativity, play, and developmentally appropriate strategies to support young people.
She values building strong relationships with families and collaborating with schools to provide consistent, supportive care.
Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys staying active, reading, and spending time outdoors.
