About Cat

Cat is a compassionate, neurodiversity and trauma-informed counsellor experienced in supporting children, teenagers and families through the complexities of adolescent development.

Cat aims to create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space for children and teenagers to be curious about themselves. Grounded in neurodiversity-affirming practice, Cat believes in supporting young people to feel empowered, build resourcefulness, and develop healthy coping skills that will last into adulthood.

Outside of her counselling role, Cat massively enjoys tabletop roleplay games, video games, creative arts and spending time with her friends.
